Job summary
Brightwater Care Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced General Manager Information Technology to set the strategic direction and drive performance across our ICT function in Western Australia.
Reporting to the CIO, you will lead Service Delivery, Engineering and Technical Architecture, ensure secure, reliable services, and partner with senior leaders, staff and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Significant senior leadership experience across Information and Communications Technology.
- Ability to translate strategy into operational plans, service improvements and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to partner with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading leaders, building team capability and creating a high-performance culture.
