Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a public sector IT Audit role that conducts hands-on IT audits across complex technology environments, with focus on cybersecurity, ERP and technology risk. The position coordinates day-to-day delivery of audits across SAP, Oracle and core business applications.

The successful candidate will hold a tertiary IT/Business degree and have experience in IT audit, technology risk or assurance, with the ability to assess controls across enterprise systems and

• Experience in IT audit, technology risk, assurance or related audits.
• Experience mapping controls across enterprise apps and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical abilities to identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day IT risk and assurance audits across complex organisations.
• Perform audit testing and assess technology risks and controls across SAP, Oracle, ERP platforms.
• Evaluate IT general controls, cybersecurity, access management, data integrity and governance.
• Assess environments including Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra, infrastructure and information security.
• Identify significant audit matters, control weaknesses and recommendations.
• Contribute to audit planning, execution, reporting and quality review with the team.
