Job summary

Talison Lithium is seeking a Business Analyst to join the IST team in Perth, contributing to analysis, governance and technology planning across operations, mining, maintenance and corporate services. The role is full-time with site travel to Greenbushes and accommodation provided where needed.

You will partner with stakeholders to document requirements, shape practical technology solutions aligned to business priorities and deliver on programme roadmaps that support operational success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in business analysis, technology planning or a related role.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Experience documenting requirements, processes and business solutions.
• Mining or resources experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Perth-based, Full Time Position

About The Role

Reporting to the IST Portfolio and Planning Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders across operations, mining, maintenance and corporate services to analyse requirements, document processes and help shape practical technology solutions aligned to business priorities.

Join Talison's IST team and play a key role in identifying business needs, improving processes and supporting the delivery of technology initiatives that enable operational success across our business.

This is a full-time role based in our Perth office, working standard office hours averaging 37.5 hours per week. Some travel to our Greenbushes Site Operations will be required, with accommodation provided where needed.

Responsibilities Include

• Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis or similar
• 3-5 years' experience in business analysis, technology planning or a related role
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
• Mining or resources experience is advantageous but not essential
