Job summary

Talison Lithium Pty Ltd in Western Australia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to deliver a professional, fair and positive recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and collaborate with Hiring Managers to meet workforce needs with safety and respect at the core.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years' recruitment experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with onboarding programs such as SuccessFactors.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the business.
• Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, references, medicals, inductions, contracts.
• Liaise with Hiring Managers to initiate recruitment processes per procedure.
• Provide advice on recruitment strategies to improve attraction and selection.
• Support QA processes and assist management with recruitment policies.
• Respond to inquiries and help applicants submit applications.
• Work within a team, accurately processing recruitment requests using an online system.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Talent Acquisition Advisorplays an important role in delivering a professional, fair and positive recruitment experience.

Working closely within the recruitment team, you will help facilitate a transparent and merit-based recruitment and selection process while supporting a smooth and welcoming onboarding journey for new employees. Through strong collaboration with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders, you will help ensure workforce needs are met in a timely manner and contribute to attracting talented people who align with Talison’s values and culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle including advertising, sourcing and screening of candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks, scheduling medicals and inductions and contract preparation and approval;
• Liaising with Hiring Managers on vacant and approved positions to commence the relevant recruitment and selection process in accordance with the relevant procedure;
• Providing advice and guidance on recruitment strategies to support effective attraction and selection outcomes;
• Supporting the application of quality assurance processes and providing assistance to management and support staff in the application of recruitment policy and procedures;
• Responding to enquiries regarding employment opportunities and assisting applicants with submitting applications;
• Working within a team, accurately processing recruitment requests, utilising an online recruitment system and providing online recruitment support when required;
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
• Ensuring compliance within the legislative framework for recruitment processes; and
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience.
