Job summary

Department of Health, Tasmania invites applications for a Registered Nurse to join the Flinders Island Multi-Purpose Centre. Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration is required.
Minimum 2 years post graduate experience preferred.
Experience in emergency and aged care nursing is desirable.
Ability to live and work in remote settings and be flexible.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care across hospital departments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Support patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
