Reece Irrigation and Pools Caulfield is hiring a Trade Counter Assistant (Branch Staff) to help landscapers and tradespeople access irrigation and pool products. You will handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and assist with stock, packing and branch operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
The role offers training, potential leadership opportunities, and a chance to grow a career within the Reece network.
Competenze
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and provide accurate information.
- Competence with computers and willingness to learn new systems.
Mansioni
- Provide customer service and product information to customers.
- Quote products in person and over the phone.
- Perform pick packing and stock control tasks.
- Help keep the branch tidy and safe and support branch operations.
