Job summary

ICI Industries Pty Ltd, trading as Irribiz, is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Griffith, NSW to lead irrigation and water-infrastructure projects from planning through handover.

The role requires five+ years of PM experience in construction, with a relevant degree or diploma. You will manage safety, budgets, schedules and client relationships across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field with at least five years of project-management experience.
• Diploma or advanced diploma with at least five years of substantial project-management experience.
• Ten years of experience may substitute formal qualifications in exceptional cases.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate irrigation, water infrastructure and related civil construction projects from start to finish.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications and client requirements.
• Prepare project plans, programs, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate civil, structural, irrigation, mechanical, electrical and other works.
• Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Select and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
