Job summary

Premier Fresh Australia is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the ILPRIMO IQF facility. You will lead day-to-day production, safety, quality and continuous improvement on site, partnering with farming, supply chain and commercial teams.

You are a hands-on, visible leader with a proven track record in food processing or FMCG, strong people leadership, WHS and food safety commitments, and a bias for practical, measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and operational activities across the ILPRIMO facility.
• Build and develop a capable, engaged and safety-focused workforce.
• Drive site performance through planning, labour and resource management.
• Improve efficiency, yield, product recovery and waste reduction.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, WHS and regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational costs, inventory and equipment reliability.
• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver production and customer requirements.
• Champion practical continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
