Job summary

Law Staff in Adelaide seeks two Lawyers/Associates to join our Intellectual Property, Technology & Regulatory practice. You will work with Adelaide and Sydney partners on a broad range of IP, tech and procurement matters, with a strong commercial component.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.
• Exposure to a range of commercial transactions.
• Strong legal drafting and attention to detail.
• Excellent legal analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to understand clients’ business needs.
• Ability to provide sound, pragmatic and practical advice.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.
• Advising on a broad range of commercial transactions.
• Technology and intellectual property matters.
• Telecommunications matters.
• Providing practical legal and commercial advice tailored to clients’ business objectives.
• Working directly with clients and taking increasing ownership of matters.
