Job summary

University of the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Pharmacy Coordinator for UniSC Clinical Trials. You will oversee the management, storage and dispensing of Investigational Products (IP) in accordance with a HREC-approved protocol and UniSC Pharmacy manual, and other applicable guidelines.

The role requires AHPRA-registered pharmacists, strong attention to detail, and ability to travel to clinical trial sites. It offers a 2-year fixed-term contract, full-time hours, and a salary of about

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with clinical research experience (preferred, but not essential).
• Current registration as a Pharmacist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Good working knowledge of clinical research, ICH-GCP, and basics of drug development (preferred).
• Well-developed computing skills, including databases, electronic data entry, word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management, storage and dispensing of Investigational Products (IP) within UniSC Clinical Trials in accordance with a HREC-approved protocol and Pharmacy manual.
• Collaborate with the UniSC CT team, sponsors and monitors to ensure timely management of Investigational Product activities.
