Qualifications

• Two years' experience in an administration role within Financial Services.
• Tertiary qualification in economics, commerce or business will be highly regarded.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Excellent administration skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls with investors, advisers and professionals.
• Opening of new Investor, Dealer Group and Financial Planner accounts.
• Maintenance of existing accounts.
• Preparation of daily banking/cheque processing.
• Processing of deceased estate accounts, redemption payments and client transfers.
• Responding to enquiries from the investor services mailbox.
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
• Generation of SPDSs (Supplementary Product Disclosure Statements).
• KYC/AML/CTR and Suspicious Matters reporting.
