Job summary

Netwealth in Melbourne is seeking an Investor Services Officer to support the administration of death claims, insurance claims and estate updates on the Netwealth platform. The broader Customer Operations team focuses on accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You’ll investigate requests, apply policies and controls, balance customer needs with risk, and communicate clearly with advisers and clients to deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex, sensitive, or detailed claims and estate matters.
• Experience in operations, administration, customer service or processing.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
