Job summary

Platinum Pacific Partners is seeking an Associate in its Product team within the Distribution & Investor Relations function in Sydney. You will enhance quantitative outputs, handle fund reporting, product collateral, and investor responses, and collaborate with internal teams and external service providers.

You should be proficient in Excel, comfortable with written research, and able to shape product proposals for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three to five years' experience in product, funds management, banking or private markets.

Responsibilities

• Internal and external fund reporting and analysis.
• Preparing and synthesising fund product collateral and investor responses.
• Product and investor data analysis, research and insight generation.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to product processes, systems and workflows.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Maintaining accuracy and consistency across product outputs and documentation.
