Qualifications

• Capacity to manage a diverse caseload.
• Ability to analyse information from varying sources with conflicting views.
• Present analysis in concise written reports with recommendations on guardianship/administration.
• Provide verbal advocacy for best interests of people with decision-making disabilities.

Responsabilités

• Investigate applications for guardianship and administration, including exploring allegations of abuse and neglect.
• Gather information from family and support services to assess risk and interventions.
• Write reports for hearings at the State Administrative Tribunal and advocate for the person's best interests.
• Promote least restrictive interventions while protecting rights.
