At ElectraNet we're committed to empowering our people and recognising their contribution with a competitive remuneration package. For the Investigation & Learning Lead, the remuneration package starts at $160,900 plus 12% superannuation and bonus eligibility of up to 15%.

You’ll lead significant investigations, assure the quality of investigation methods and help embed lessons across operational teams and leaders.
You’re an experienced investigation professional who brings sound judgement, curiosity and a disciplined, systems-based approach. You can lead complex investigations, build trust across multidisciplinary teams and translate evidence into clear findings and meaningful organisational learning.
