Job summary

WorkPac Group in Brisbane is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join a dynamic team. You will perform daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts, investigate variances, manage NCRs, and maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management systems.

You will help label and store stock, support reconciliation efforts and contribute to continuous improvements. The role offers on‑the‑job training, a supportive environment and access to WorkPac benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, or stock management.
• Strong cycle counting and inventory reconciliation experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs and operational documentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve stock variances.
• Manage Red Poles and NCRs, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems and spreadsheets.
• Assist with inventory reconciliation and ensure stock is correctly labelled and stored.
