Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Toowoomba region is seeking a Supply Officer to ensure teams across the health service have the supplies, equipment and support they need to deliver quality care. You'll manage stock flow and build strong relationships with internal customers.

Qualifications

• Current C Class Driver Licence.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with strong customer service.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, inventory management or supply operations (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Ensuring essential supplies and equipment are received, stored and delivered accurately so teams can focus on caring for patients.
• Supporting efficient inventory and imprest management to maintain product availability and reduce disruptions to service delivery.
• Working closely with colleagues and customers to resolve enquiries, coordinate supply needs and achieve reliable outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve stock management, workflows and service responsiveness across the supply chain.
