Job summary

O'Brien Glass Industries Limited is seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to own product availability across the supplier portfolio, domestically and internationally. You will forecast demand, manage stock levels and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely supply.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement and opportunities for ongoing development within a leading automotive glass company.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast future product demand using analytical and sales data.
  • Liaise with internal customers on product availability and supply updates.
  • Manage danger stock levels through proactive forecasting and stock-out warnings.
  • Create and manage domestic and international purchase orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

As our Inventory Planner, you’ll take ownership of product availability across the O’Brien® supplier portfolio—both domestic and international. You’ll use your analytical strengths, forecasting capability and stakeholder management skills to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.

  • Using analytical and sales data to accurately forecast future product demand
  • Liaising with internal customers on product availability, inventory profiling and supply updates
  • Managing danger stock levels through proactive forecasting and stock‑out warning procedures
  • Creating domestic and international purchase orders
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
