This hands-on leadership role owns inventory, demand planning, transport/shipping procurement and warehouse management systems across a high-complexity SKU base with an international manufacturing partner and a combined manufacture-to-delivery lead time of around 8 weeks.
This is a build-and-stabilise mandate - you'll be expected to deliver visible, measurable improvement within existing systems and constraints, not propose a green-field redesign.
