Job summary

ASICS Fyshwick is seeking an analytical and proactive Inventory & Merchandising Manager to join our Fyshwick team. This hands-on leadership role focuses on stock integrity, merchandising standards and developing the store team to deliver a World-Class Customer Experience.

You will collaborate with Store leadership to optimise stock control, plan stocktakes and ensure product availability while upholding safety practices and ASICS core values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail inventory/stock management.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and product trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with store teams and head office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate receiving and dispatch processes.
• Lead stocktakes and maintain stock integrity across the store.
• Deliver organised, well-presented visuals that maximise product availability.
• Coach and develop store team to meet World-Class retail standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to uphold safety and operational excellence.
