Job summary

ASICS Store Management is growing. We’re seeking a passionate Store Manager for our store in INSERT STORE NAME. You’ll be the product expert, driving exceptional customer experiences and upholding a high-performance culture with accountability and fairness.

As Store Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead and develop a team, and shape strategies to boost sales, customer satisfaction and store performance. Full-time Tue–Sat roster with great progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous people leadership experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong customer service focus and sales experience
• Willingness to learn about footwear and ASICS products
• Available for full-time Tue–Sat roster

The ASICS Store Management network is growing! We’re on the hunt for a passionate Store Manager to join our team at INSERT STORE NAME. In a nutshell... Our Store Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store in addition to leading and developing a team while contributing to strategy to optimise sales, customer satisfaction, and store performance.

Job Description

Here’s what we’d love to see from you:

• Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer facing role
• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and our customers about our products, and how our product can help customers meet their goals
• An active interest in physical health and wellbeing
• A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience working with footwear would be advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn and love our brand!
• Availability to work a full-time set Tuesday – Saturday roster
