Job summary

BlueScope in Hastings, VIC is seeking two Inventory Controllers for our Paint Line Operations team. You will ensure production continuity by securing stock, manage stock movement, and support procurement and data integrity in SAP and WMS systems.

Working on a rotating day/afternoon roster, you’ll build strong internal stakeholder relationships and continuously identify solutions to stock and supply challenges, helping us maintain safe, reliable operations and sustainable performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Demonstrated planning, procurement and stock control skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory optimisation and stock availability aligned with strategy.
• Manage stock movement including receipting and order confirmations.
• Build and maintain relationships with maintenance, stores, operations and suppliers.
• Provide continual guidance and solutions to issues and new challenges daily.
