Zusammenfassung

Ocius is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our Alexandria-based operations. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage inventory across warehouse and production, maintain accurate stock records and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.

The role leverages NetSuite ERP for inventory control, and requires governance, traceability, and strict process compliance. You will collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance and external freight partners,

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing inventory within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP inventory management experience.
• Ability to establish, implement and maintain inventory governance and warehouse processes.
• Strong understanding of inventory traceability, documentation requirements and process compliance.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ocius Technology is an Australian company dedicated to developing and deploying cutting edge Uncrewed Surface Vehicles (USVs). Our vessel's harness Wind, Solar and Wave power to remain at sea collecting vital data for Defence and Civilian applications. We are under contracts with RAN, RNZN and USA and are responding in an agile way to an ambitious program of building and deploying multiple USVs for operations around Australia and beyond.

About the Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory across the warehouse and production environment, maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and driving best-practice inventory control processes. You will work closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and external freight partners to ensure efficient material flow and inventory integrity.

Collaborating with your manufacturing & supply chain colleagues

Minimum 5 years' experience managing inventory within a manufacturing environment.

Strong ERP inventory management experience.

Strong understanding of inventory traceability, documentation requirements and process compliance.

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Able to be onsite at Alexandria 5 days a week

Australian Citizenship is required for this role.

Due to the nature of our business, we require Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain an AGSVA NV1 security clearance.
