Job summary

You will work with the Quality team to verify material certifications before release, maintain accurate data in the ERP, and ensure on-time picking, packing, and dispatch.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED with 3–5 years of inventory experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience in inventory order entry, processing and handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process POs and cycle counts.
• Pull parts for jobs and ship/receive goods.
• Edit stock locations and data entry.
• Work with Quality to verify material certifications before release.
• Maintain stock integrity and ensure clean, safe work area.
• Book couriers and freight for dispatch.
• Support daily operations with inventory reports.
• Assist with stock takes.
