Job summary

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist, Stock Controller, or similar role.
Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
Proficiency with inventory management software and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular and accurate inventory counts, including cycle counts and full physical inventories.
Maintain precise inventory records in the system, updating stock levels promptly.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Manage stockroom organization, ensuring items are stored correctly and accessible.
Track incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders.
Provide reports on inventory status, stock adjustments and shrinkage to management.
