Job summary

Bunzl Safety & Lifting Erskine Park is seeking an Inventory Administrator to support accurate inventory across Bunzl’s branch and distribution centre network. You will help create and maintain product codes, BOMs and kits, and coordinate stock movements.

The role suits a detail‑oriented, analytical person with experience in inventory or ERP systems, strong data skills and the ability to work across branches and teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory, purchasing, supply chain or a similar coordination role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence working with reports and data.
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
• Experience working with inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A practical approach to problem solving and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• The ability to work collaboratively across branches, distribution centres and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product codes, BOMs, kit codes and code extensions.
• Raise work orders for clothing modifications including embroidery, alterations and customised kits.
• Manage and resolve aged and outstanding BOMs on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate inventory transfers between distribution centres and branches.
• Maintain product information including pricing, pack sizes, descriptions and part numbers.
• Identify and correct obsolete or inaccurate product codes and descriptions.
• Assist with cycle counts, stock adjustments and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor branch minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Complete third-party purchasing when required.
• Provide broader inventory support to the National Inventory Manager and operational teams.
