Job summary

Bunzl Australasia is seeking an Inventory Controller to oversee stock accuracy, flow and continuous improvement within our distribution operations. You’ll ensure cycle counts, investigate variances, and support efficient warehouse performance.

You'll work with FIFO, batch and expiry controls, optimise replenishment and pick-face allocations, and collaborate with teams to maintain safe, accurate inventories in a dynamic FMCG environment. The role offers supportive culture and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or similar role (FMCG preferred).
• Skilled in WMS systems & RF scanning (Pronto a plus).
• Strong organisation & problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
