Job summary

Rip Curl is seeking an Allocator to ensure the right stock is in the right place across our retail and eCommerce channels. This role partners with Planning, Buying, Retail and Distribution Centre teams to use data-driven insights for optimal inventory performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in allocation or inventory management within retail.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales trends and stock data.
• Proficient in Excel and retail planning/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocations and replenishment across divisions and stores.
• Execute stock allocation strategies to maximise sales and inventory productivity.
• Support new season launches, promotions and trading periods through stock distribution.
• Monitor sales, inventory levels and trading performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Optimize stock levels via transfers, consolidations and rebalancing initiatives.
• Provide insights to support commercial decision-making and trading performance.
• Collaborate with Planning, Buying, Retail and Distribution Centre teams to meet objectives.
• Contribute to post-season analysis and future inventory planning.
• Maintain accurate allocation data and drive continuous improvement.
