Job summary

Super Retail Group is hiring three Product Allocators to join the rebel team. Based at the Sydney Support Office in Rhodes, this hybrid role focuses on allocating stock across stores and distribution centres to maximise sales and keep inventory lean.

You’ll collaborate with category managers and store teams, using Netstock and JDA replenishment tools, while driving commercial targets and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel capabilities are essential for this role.
• Hands-on understanding of how stores work and what drives performance.
• Experience allocating inventory to meet customer demand.
• Tertiary study in Category Management or Finance desirable, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory allocation using Netstock and JDA Replenishment to distribute stock across stores and distribution centres.
• Drive commercial performance by managing stock flow and monitoring product performance.
• Collaborate with Business and Category Managers, Planners, Supply Chain and store teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Optimise aged and seasonal inventory by tracking sell-through and lifecycle improvements.
• Maintain master data accuracy including season codes and refill metrics.
• Share insights and recommendations to drive smarter decisions and better outcomes.
