Job summary

Super Retail Group is seeking three Product Allocators to join the rebel team in Sydney. You will own inventory allocation, drive stock performance, and collaborate across Merchandiser and Supply Chain functions to optimise stock flow. Based in the Rhodes office with hybrid work.

You’ll bring strong Excel skills, retail ops know-how, and a proactive, multi-tasking mindset across multiple product categories. Flexible working and discounts across brands are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel capabilities are essential for this role.
• Hands-on understanding of how stores work and what drives performance.
• Experience managing inventory allocation to meet customer demand.
• Tertiary study in Category Management or Finance desirable, but not essential.
• Self-starter able to work independently and spot optimization opportunities.
• Multi-tasking across several categories in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory allocation — use tools to distribute stock to stores and DCs.
• Drive commercial performance by managing stock flow and monitoring product performance.
• Collaborate with Business/Category Managers, Planners and Store teams.
• Optimise aged and seasonal inventory with actionable recommendations.
• Maintain master data accuracy including season codes and refill metrics.
• Share insights and updates to drive smarter decisions.
