Job summary

Qube Holdings is seeking a motivated Inventory Controller to join the Moorebank Warehouse team. You will maintain inventory accuracy, support warehouse operations, and ensure customer stock is managed efficiently.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will drive stock integrity, coordinate cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare weekly inventory reports. A forklift licence is desirable, and prior experience in logistics is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inventory requirements across warehouse operations.
• Coordinate cycle counts and stocktakes per customer requirements.
• Monitor stock availability and inventory accuracy through system reviews.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, losses and damaged stock.
• Complete inventory reconciliations and maintain stock records.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers regarding inventory enquiries, adjustments, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with freight checking, labelling, and stock verification activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, CoR, and operational procedures.
