Job summary
McCabe Transport is seeking HC/MC/DG licensed interstate drivers based out of New South Wales. Earn $150k+ per year with home weekends and an automatic truck equipped with a microwave and fridge.
Depot located in Unanderra, with 5,000–6,000 km weekly and kilometres paid by rate, including loading/unloading and overnight allowances. Cart bulk DG between Victoria and Central QLD back to Newcastle; drivers can reside in Newcastle and work across the Melbourne corridor and intermediate routes.
Qualifications
- Must hold HC/MC and DG licences.
- Experience with tipping is preferred.
- Ability to complete paperwork and follow directions.
- Ability to use EWD system.
Responsibilities
- Cart bulk DG between Victoria and Central Queensland back to Newcastle.
- Cover 5000–6000 km weekly.
- Driver based from Newcastle to Melbourne and all points in between.
- Can keep truck at home on weekends.
- Home every weekend.
- Paid on kilometre rates plus loading/unloading and overnight allowance.
- Depot located in Unanderra.
