Step into ING's International Talent Programme (ITP) - Technology (CIO), an 18-month graduate experience designed for ambitious technology graduates who want to accelerate their careers while working on real-world challenges that impact millions of customers.
You'll work alongside experienced engineers, architects, product specialists and technology leaders, solving complex problems, building innovative solutions and developing the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.
Our ITP is more than a graduate program. It's an opportunity to explore different areas of technology, discover where your strengths lie and build the foundation for a successful career in engineering, platforms, data and digital innovation.
Throughout the programme, you'll complete three rotations designed to broaden your experience and accelerate your development:
Beyond your rotations, you'll contribute to strategic technology initiatives that support ING's growth and transformation, collaborate with technology professionals and fellow graduates from around the world, and receive structured learning, mentoring and coaching throughout the programme.
From modernising banking platforms and enhancing customer experiences to leveraging cloud technologies, automation, data and AI, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
We're seeking curious, driven and adaptable graduates who are passionate about technology and excited by the opportunity to learn, grow and solve meaningful problems.
We'd also love to hear about any coding projects, hackathons, internships, certifications, university projects, leadership activities, volunteering or other achievements that demonstrate your potential and passion for technology.
Please note: Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents at the time of application.
Our International Talent Programme is scheduled to commence in late October 2026.
