International Sourcing Specialist

Job summary

GWA Group is seeking a hands-on Sourcing Specialist to join the International Sourcing team in Sydney. You will manage RFQs, coordinate supplier responses, and support new product introductions across tapware, sanitaryware and componentry.

You’ll use advanced Excel, ERP systems and robust data to track costs, lead times and supplier performance, partnering with internal teams and global suppliers to optimise sourcing, cost-out initiatives and localisation efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.
• Experience working with ERP or procurement systems.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Confidence working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Exposure to international suppliers and imported goods, ideally from Asia, would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, supplier responses and comparative cost analysis.
• Coordinate samples, tooling and pre-production approvals.
• Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, cost and compliance data.
• Track supplier commitments, lead times and pricing.
• Support new supplier onboarding and new product introductions.
• Analyse cost movements across materials, freight, currency and supplier pricing.
• Support sourcing projects including cost-out, dual-sourcing and localisation.
• Help improve sourcing reporting and reduce manual data handling.
