Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) are seeking a People & Culture / International Workforce & Welfare Officer based in Alice Springs to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will manage onboarding and compliance for the Alice Springs region and respond to daily HR queries, including the Day 1 orientation program.

The role offers exposure to international employment requirements, primarily with the PALM scheme, and involves coordinating travel logistics

Formación

• Background in generalist HR duties or senior administration.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving and independence.
• Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee onboarding and compliance for new starters.
• Respond to daily People and Culture queries.
• Deliver HR Day 1 online orientation program.
• Support international employment via PALM scheme.
• Assist travel logistics and staff welfare.
