Job summary
ARRCS is seeking a People & Culture / International Workforce & Welfare Officer based in Alice Springs to oversee onboarding and compliance for the Central Australia region. The role offers exposure to international employment via PALM and involves coordinating relocation logistics and staff welfare.
The ideal candidate will have HR experience, strong organization and communication skills, and a willingness to travel to remote NT locations.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR administration or officer roles.
- Knowledge of onboarding, compliance and HR processes.
- Experience advising on grievances and Fair Work matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel to remote NT locations.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new staff and manage compliance for Alice Springs and Central Australia.
- Respond to daily HR queries and support People & Culture operations.
- Deliver Day 1 online orientation for new employees.
- Assist with international employment logistics and PALM scheme needs.
- Coordinate travel, relocation and ongoing staff welfare.
