Job summary

The University of the Sunshine Coast invites applications for an International Student Recruitment role in Australia. You will drive targeted strategies to convert market opportunities into commencements and revenue growth, with a focus on onshore recruitment and offshore support across regions.

Using market intelligence and strong stakeholder partnerships, you will enhance education agent performance, improve enquiry-to-enrolment conversion, and report ROI.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of international student recruitment and/or admissions practices.
• Analytical skills to gather, interpret and report on market intelligence and performance data to inform decisions.
• Ability to understand and interpret source-country education systems, qualifications and factors influencing student decisions.
• Ability to identify and respond to operational risk in an agile manner.

International | UniSC Sunshine Coast, Sippy Downs or UniSC Moreton Bay, Petrie Level 6, $95,986 - $103,873 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation Full-time (36.25 hours per week), Ongoing appointment The Opportunity In this role, you'll play a key part in driving UniSC's international student recruitment success, supporting targeted strategies that turn market opportunities into student commencements and revenue growth. With a primary focus on the onshore market and support for offshore recruitment across all regions, you'll use market intelligence to identify growth opportunities, maximise return on investment and advance UniSC's global ambitions. Drawing on your knowledge of international education pathways, qualifications and emerging market trends, you'll help strengthen education agent performance, boost enquiry-to-enrolment conversion and deliver effective recruitment support. Through strong stakeholder partnerships, data-informed insights and a proactive approach, you'll help grow UniSC's international presence and achieve measurable recruitment outcomes. Please note - This role requires regular non-standard working hours, with potential restrictions on recreational leave during peak periods. Desirable Fluency in a language other than English and of relevance to the regions of responsibility. Experience and expertise in the use of a CRM and Eloqua.
