Job summary

Motion is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to support customers with parts and equipment and to build strong relationships while providing responsive technical sales support.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will collaborate with Account Managers and the branch team to deliver excellent service and grow the customer base. Ongoing training and market-aligned remuneration accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service or warehouse experience.
• A strong interest in technical or mechanical products and applications.
• Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of bearings and power transmission products will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and over the counter.
• Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.
• Managing and servicing key accounts independently.
• Sourcing products through our extensive supply chain to meet customer needs.
• Providing practical, solutions-focused advice to customers.
• Working closely with Account Managers to identify and develop new account opportunities.
