Job summary

ATCO Structures & Logistics in Townsville is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll respond to customer sales and rental inquiries, prepare quotations and support the sales team, and help build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

Work alongside our Townsville Sales and Operations team to coordinate fleet allocation, assist with project coordination from enquiry through delivery, and maintain sales documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Responding to customer sales and rental enquiries.
• Preparing quotations and supporting the sales team.
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coordinating fleet allocation for hire projects alongside our Operations and Contracts teams.
• Assisting with project coordination from enquiry through to delivery.
• Maintaining sales documentation, reporting and project tracking.
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing customer relationships and support business growth.
