Metroll Coffs Harbour is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team. Based at our Coffs Harbour branch, you will manage customer enquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product solutions to builders, tradespeople, contractors, and other industry customers.

You will be a customer-focused sales professional with experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade counter sales.

Competenze

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, or trade counter sales.
• Knowledge of building products, roofing, steel, manufacturing, or construction industries.
• Confidence dealing with builders, contractors, and trade customers.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Willingness to learn products and develop your sales capability.
• Experience with roofing, steel, cladding, insulation, or related building materials is advantageous.

• Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders.
• Provide product advice and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Build strong relationships with builders, trades, and repeat customers.
• Support external sales activities and identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Liaise with production, scheduling, and delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
