Harmon Plumbing & Lighting seeks an experienced, customer-focused individual to join our internal plumbing sales team in Sydney. The role covers trade counter sales, customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and coordination with the warehouse.

We value someone who excels in customer service, maintains attention to detail and can multitask in a busy environment while confidently using computer systems. A driving licence and knowledge of plumbing supplies are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or trade counter sales is preferred.
• Plumbing supplies/building materials knowledge is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilités

• Assist trade and retail customers at the counter, over the phone and via email.
• Provide product advice, pricing, availability and suitable alternatives.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and collections with the warehouse team.
• Monitor outstanding orders and backorders, keeping customers informed of progress.
• Resolve customer enquiries and order discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information.

Harmon Plumbing & Lighting is seeking an experienced, motivated and customer-focused individual to join our internal plumbing sales team.

This is a varied, hands-on role involving trade counter sales, customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and coordination with our warehouse team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, has strong attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Key responsibilities

Assist trade and retail customers at the counter, over the phone and via email.

Provide product advice, pricing, availability and suitable alternatives.

Prepare quotations, process sales orders and follow up customer enquiries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Coordinate customer orders, deliveries and collections with the warehouse team.
