Hardware & General in Brookvale is seeking an in-store sales representative for our Plumbing team. You will help customers with product selection, learn about plumbing, bathroom and tapware products, and process sales while delivering great service.

About the Opportunity

Due to internal movements within our Brookvale locations, we have a full-time opportunity available in our Plumbing team.

We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused team player who enjoys helping customers, learning about products and working as part of a team.

Retail, sales or trade experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

An interest in obtaining or using a forklift licence is also an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers with product selection and sales


• Learning about plumbing, bathroom and tapware products


• Processing sales and preparing quotes


• Maintaining stock and showroom presentation


• Supporting the team to deliver great customer service

What We’re Looking For
