• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience in phone or face-to-face customer service and/or sales.
• Confident communicator with professional demeanor.
• Exceptional data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

• High level of motivation and professional drive.
• Team player who collaborates well across departments.
• Experience in building products/materials is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders from inbound customers (telephone and email).
• Provide outstanding customer service to Trade customers.
• Liaise with estimating, manufacturing, and logistics teams, as well as field sales members.
• Undertake administrative duties to assist the internal and external sales teams.
• Adhere to safety rules and contribute to a safe working environment.
