Job summary

McConnell Dowell in Perth, WA, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Australian Recruitment team, supporting hiring across our Australian Business Unit. Based in the Perth CBD office, you will help attract and secure talent with strategic and candidate-focused practices.

You will build talent pipelines across engineering, construction and project delivery, manage end-to-end recruitment, and partner with project leaders to deliver major projects with strong candidate

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment across construction, engineering, infrastructure, resources or related industry.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes with diverse stakeholders.
Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities, including proactive candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain talent pipelines across engineering, construction and project delivery disciplines.
Source and engage active and passive candidates through targeted search and attraction strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, interviewing and offers.
Provide expert recruitment advice and support to hiring managers with a strong candidate experience.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, talent programs and broader people projects.
