Job summary

CVGT is seeking a Program Assurance Support Officer to bolster quality, compliance and continuous improvement across Employment Services. You will help ensure systems, resources and processes align with contractual requirements while supporting program coordination and governance.

• Experience within Employment Services or a similar regulated environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, contractual obligations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience maintaining digital systems, operational resources, documentation and business information.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage program service desk enquiries, providing timely support and guidance to stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve program resources, templates, guides and digital content.
• Support quality assurance activities, including training quality checks, compliance monitoring and program governance.
• Conduct reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and contractual compliance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, resources and service delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to support program effectiveness and continuous improvement.

INTERNAL - Program Assurance Support Officer

As our Program Assurance Support Officer, you'll play an integral role in supporting the quality, compliance and continuous improvement of CVGT's Employment Services programs.

As part of the Program Assurance team, you'll help ensure our systems, resources and processes remain accurate, current and aligned with contractual requirements. Working across a broad range of programs and stakeholders, you'll support program coordination, quality assurance activities, maintain critical resources, and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with detail, solving problems and influencing positive outcomes through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
