CVGT Employment in Victoria invites you to join as an Employment Skills Mentor in the Workforce Australia program. You will mentor participants, facilitate workshops and coordinate activities to build confidence and work readiness for sustainable employment.

As an Employment Skills Mentor in the Workforce Australia program, you'll play a vital role in helping participants develop the confidence, skills, and work‑readiness needed to succeed in the workplace. This rewarding, hands‑on position combines participant mentoring, workshop facilitation, activity coordination and community engagement. You'll support participants to overcome barriers, develop new skills, connect with meaningful activities and move closer to sustainable employment outcomes.

• Highly proficient across digital platforms, with the ability to manage and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
