This is a predominantly field-based, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being out and about, working across a variety of sites, solving problems, and taking pride in the quality of their work. You'll be provided with a fully maintained work vehicle, tools, and equipment to support you in delivering responsive maintenance services across our property portfolio.
As the Maintenance Officer, you'll play an important role in maintaining Housing Trust properties to a high standard and ensuring tenants receive a responsive, customer-focused maintenance service. You'll undertake a variety of maintenance, repair, and inspection activities across our residential portfolio while working closely with tenants, contractors and the Property Services team.
