Job summary

The GPT Group is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist (part-time) to shape and deliver comprehensive internal communications across the Group. Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you will craft engaging content, coordinate campaigns and explore AI-enabled improvements across channels.

You’ll manage multiple deadlines in a compact week, work with intranets, email marketing, SharePoint and Canva, and partner with sector marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with AI tools for content planning, drafting and ideation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies, plans and campaigns.
• Trial and embed AI tools and workflows to improve speed and reach of content.
• Support sector marketing teams and manage day-to-day requests and stakeholder relationships.
