Job summary

ATCO Australia is looking for a Corporate Affairs Coordinator to support internal communications, employee engagement and broader Corporate Affairs initiatives across the business.

In this newly created role, you will craft engaging content, assist with staff briefings and campaigns, and partner with teams to inform and connect employees while upholding ATCO's culture and safety priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in corporate affairs, communications or PR.
• Experience creating engaging internal content for employees.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages.
• Ability to plan and support multiple campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content that informs and connects employees.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and staff briefings.
• Assist in planning and executing internal communication campaigns and safety messages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share updates and initiatives.
• Provide support for media monitoring, asset management, and brand initiatives.
