Country Road Group is seeking an Audit Manager to lead its Internal Audit function across Retail, Supply Chain and Support Centre operations. You will develop and deliver a risk-based audit programme, partner with executives and the Board, and strengthen governance and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in internal or external audit, including leadership experience
• Experience delivering risk-based audit programs and reporting to Audit Committees
• Strong governance, risk management and internal control knowledge across retail and corporate environments
• Ability to translate audit findings into practical recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using data analytics and technology to enhance audit insights

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Internal Audit function across Retail, Supply Chain and Support Centre operations
• Develop and execute the annual risk-based audit plan and ensure timely delivery
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of audit engagements and reporting
• Provide strategic risk insights to senior leaders and the Board Audit Committee
• Champion data analytics, automation and AI in audit
• Drive continuous improvement of audit methodologies, tools and templates
• Coach and develop the audit team and foster a high-performing culture
